$1500 referral bonus is comprised of a $500 homes referral bonus and $1000 community referral bonus.
The $500 homes and $1000 community bonus may be paid out separately, and cheques will be mailed out after possession (4-6 weeks
If the purchaser is represented by a realtor, the $1000 community bonus is not applicable.
If the purchaser is buying a townhome product, the $1000 community bonus is not applicable.
To be eligible, the referral must be made on the initial visit.
Brookfield Residential to verify referrer is in active Brookfield community boundaries – Lake Summerside, Chappelle Gardens, The Orchards, Solstice at McConachie, Edgemont and Paisley.
Current homeowners in an active Brookfield community are also eligible for the referral bonus if they purchase a new home in any active Brookfield community.
Program applies to New home sales in Edmonton. This Program will not apply retroactively to a new home purchase entered into prior to the commencement of the Program.
May be combined with any other applicable Brookfield promotions as determined by Brookfield in its sole and unfettered discretion but will not be combined with Partner Discount Program.
